We have a track record of providing effective, strategic and results-oriented legal representation in real estate disputes in the state courts all over the San Francisco Bay Area. We also represent real estate agents and brokers before the Department of Real Estate.



In addition, we handle commercial evictions and provide eviction defense for residential clients. Many of our clients are contractors and we routinely advocate for their rights by recording and prosecuting mechanic’s liens and stop notice actions in private and public works.
