Brinda Bellur

Of Counsel

Brinda Bellur works as of-counsel to the firm.  She is a dual-licensed attorney in California and India, with extensive experience in both litigation and transactional matters. She holds an LLM from UC SF Law (formerly UC Hastings) and certifications in privacy (CIPP/US, IAPP) and commercial contracts (UC Berkeley Law Executive Education). Brinda expertly handles business litigation from inception to conclusion and advises on entity formation, corporate governance, and a wide range of commercial agreements, including drafting privacy policies and notices. Passionate about privacy and security, her CIPP/US certification enhances her ability to address these issues in litigation and transactional contexts. 

Outside of her legal work, Brinda enjoys hiking, singing, dancing, cooking, family time, and walking her golden retriever. 

She is fluent in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
